Making a purchase

Just browse our shop online and add any bouquets or gifts you wish to buy to your shopping cart. When you’re ready, click ‘Checkout’ and provide the details needed to complete your order.

Payment

We accept most credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Clearpay, PayPal, American Express. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card provider will convert the transaction to your local currency.

You may also order and pay by telephone.

Orders cancelled online or by phone may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Order confirmation

When you receive an order confirmation, it acknowledges receipt of your order and is not a contract. A contract is formed once payment has been processed. In the event of a pricing error or an item becoming unavailable, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed.

Delivery schedule

Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday, and before 1pm on Saturday, can be delivered the same day if required. Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that date, provided they are received before the same-day cut-off above.

Orders placed for delivery on a public holiday will be delivered on the next working day. Online deliveries are UK only. To send flowers overseas, please telephone.

No timed deliveries, except for funeral tributes and weddings. Please telephone if you have an emergency order.

If you require specific flowers, please telephone at least 24 hours before delivery is required.

Delivery attempts

Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not at home, the flowers or plants may be returned to the shop and a delivery note left asking for collection. Where possible, we may leave the item with a neighbour who is willing to accept responsibility.

If the recipient is physically unable to collect, we will arrange a new delivery date at our earliest convenience. The Flower House Garforth is not responsible for theft or damage of items left as instructed.

Quality

We take care of our flowers and ensure freshness and quality at all times.

Tax and security

VAT: Orders are inclusive of 20% VAT.

Card security: Card numbers are encrypted using 256-bit encryption and are only decrypted after they reach our systems. They are not stored in clear text on any website.

Returns and cancellations

Orders cancelled online or via the phone may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds/Returns Policy

Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of management. Because of the perishable nature of our products, please make any complaint within one working day of delivery. We will always try to agree a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the complaint.
